Returns and Refunds

Crespo S.r.l. has at heart the satisfaction of each Client, for each product bought. However, it may occur that the Client wishes to withdraw from the contract or that a product may arrive damaged. For this reason, here below we will specify the procedure to follow in order to exercise the right to withdrawal and the request of a change or refund.

Standing by article 52 of the D.lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time and return the products bought beforehand; this can be done through the website within 14 days from receiving the order. Crespo S.r.l. offers the Client the possibility to withdraw from the contract up to 30 days from the date the order was received.

Crespo S.r.l. will collect the integrity of the returned items and then will proceed with the refund within and not over 14 days, when all conditions as shown below can be applied.

For this reason, in case of return, the Client will have to send, within the deadline of 30 days from the date of receiving the order, an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • indicate the products that the Client is returning
  • the shipping number of the returned products
  • the relative numbers of a Bank account to which the Client wishes to receive the refund (this information will be used with full respect of privacy and only for the means of a refund)

To safeguard each Client, we will not allow the right to return those products that, even if closed, will not be able to be exchanged for sanitary and/or health-linked reasons.

So, all Clients can return products that must follow the guidelines below:

  • perfectly sealed in their original undamaged packaging
  • ready for immediate re-sale (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and inclusive of all eventual accessories, instructions for use and documentation
  • with no sign of having been used.

If electrical products need to be returned, Crespo S.r.l. reserves the faculty to ask for pictures to demonstrate the perfect integrity of the product that will be returned, before the Client returns the item as requested.

For electrical products, Crespo S.r.l. will check the full integrity of all items returned and then will proceed with a refund within 14 days, if the item has been checked and is perfectly sealed.

The Client will be able to choose a courier of his choice as the charges will be on him.

The shipment will have to be done within 14 days from the date in which the Client has sent the email with the request of return.

INFORMATION FOR THE TRANSPORTATION AND THE CARRIER
The shipping fees for the return of products and the responsibility of the items for damages, theft or loss during the shipment, as expected by law, is charged on the Client.

Whenever the product that has been returned results in being damaged, Crespo S.r.l. will contact the Client directly within 5 working days from the date of receiving the product, to give time to the Client to contact the carrier.

Damaged products can be returned and the request of withdrawal will be cancelled at the same time.

COMPLAINTS
In case the mistake in the shipment has been made by Crespo S.r.l. it will be possible to request a change or a refund within 30 days of receiving the items.

If the product received does not live up to the standard, a free change with the desired product or another with the same price can be possible.

The mistaken product that has been sent will be collected by Crespo S.r.l.’s carrier GLS at our expenses.
The client will have to send an email request at [email protected], prepare the product to return within an intact and well closed package and indicate:

  • where the products will have to be picked up for their return
  • the date and time slot for pick up (at least 3 hours).

The pick-up can be scheduled only once. In case of missed pick-up for reasons not related to Crespo S.r.l., the extra shipping fees for shipment and return of the items will be charged on the Client.

If the product received is damaged or defected, meaning not conform (i.e. broken packaging and leakage of product), the Client will be able to request a new free shipment of the product or another of the same value.

In order to ensure ourselves we will request pictures as proof. Crespo S.r.l. will reserve the possibility to offer a partial refund or a voucher.

In case of rejection at the time of delivery for a correct shipment already paid, the refund will be discounted of shipping fees for sending and returning the items.

Crespo S.r.l. will not proceed to refund or change products that have caused an allergic reaction.
